I’m a new patient to Dr. Patel. During my Meet and Greet I was given a lab order for blood work. Even though my physical is over a month away I went right away to get it done. I fully expected Dr. Patel to email my results and go over them during my upcoming appointment. To my surprise Dr. Patel PERSONALLY called me to discuss my results and a plan of action. Prompt. Efficient. Attentive. I believe my health is in good hands!

Dr Dalal is always willing to listen to my many complaints of debilitating arthritic pain and always prescribes another different medication to try to quiet the pain and help improve sleep quality … always states to freely make a new appointment if medication isn’t helping or if pain increases or worsens ..

When Anchor Medical announced that they were closing I had to find a new PCP. I phoned Dr. Khyati Patel’s office and she scheduled a “Meet and Greet” appointment for me. Dr. Patel was very personable and attentive. She asked me about myself, and my medical history, took the time to tell me about her background and experience and then asked if I had any questions. She even submitted a referral for me when she found out that I had not had a follow-up visit in years with one of my specialty physicians. It’s rare for a doctor to be willing to spend the time getting to know a potential new patient. I felt comfortable with Dr. Patel and have the feeling that she really listens to her patients. Her office staff is also very friendly and accommodating.

Easy check in, polite and kind staff. Dr. took time to listen to my concerns and worked together to come up with some suggestions for pain relief.

Nice doctor

Dr. Dalal and his staff are a rare find. I struggled for years to figure out the cause of everything that was happening to my body. Not having any answers, and feeling dismissed by a previous Dr., I felt it was now affecting me mentally. My PCP had mentioned Dr. Dalal several times, and I finally gave in early last year and made the appt. It was without a doubt, one of the best decisions in my life. Dr. Dalal came into that examining room knowing more about me then I knew about myself. Within the first few minutes of our first conversation, he said he knew what it was, and then went on to draw out how he came to that conclusion. All I could do was cry, because I finally felt validated, he listened and took the initiative to look at all of my records to put all the pieces together. I wish all Dr.'s were like Dr. Dalal

This doctor is always very understanding and I feel he listens intently to my symptoms before he does his exam . I had a early appointment and I left with a slip to have labs … however I was heading to a funeral and then family luncheon afterwards … meaning I never had blood work done till about 3:30 pm yesterday … Dr Dalal promised to call me as soon as the results are available … I do expect to hear from him today at which point he will review the lab results then give me his professional opinion and try to lessen my symptoms which are debilitating at this time . A good caring knowledgeable doctor is very hard to find and even harder to get an appointment with … if you need a rheumatologist please try to get an appointment with Dr Dalal I promise you will not be disappointed !!!!

Wonderful, everyone was so nice

The elevator was broken and I had to take the stairs which was scary. Smelt like mold and was dirty through the hallways. I was pleasantly surprised when I opened the door to the office. Clean, nicely decorated, infomercials on the display were very informative. Friendly and professional staff who attended to me promptly. After completing the paperwork I waited for about 15 minutes and saw the doctor. I was really happy to hear Dr Dalal was not one for prescribing medications and unnecessary tests but rather suggested other means to control pain and coordination of tests with other specialists. I am happy to say I have truly found a reputable Rheumatologist that I can trust and look forward to seeing him in the future.

6 months ago Dr. Dalal gave me one injection in each thumb area, and it relieved the pain I was having in both hands for quite a while. It lasted 6 months. Went in and he gave me two more injections and pain has been relieved. Dr. Dalal is a caring and qualified doctor that I would recommend to anyone having joint pain.

Dr. Dalal is very accommodating , answer all your question and give you an answer on the basis of your complaint. I just saw him once on my initial visit, I have lab. work done and he said he will call me in 3 weeks.

This was probably the best medical appointment I’ve ever had. Dr Dalal spent a lot of time listening to me, educating me about my diagnosis and reviewing my options. He was very attentive, kind and knowledgeable. I can’t say enough about how well I was treated and how comfortable he made me feel. Exceptional in every way!

The first visit not satisfied didn’t see Dr and the person explaining it veritably would start breaking bones and then bed ridden. When I left there I thought my life was over. I called back and said I had a really bad bone density test. I real quested another appointment and brought my son. This doctor is out of this world. Very informative makes sure you know what your options are and that you know what your options are. My only recommendation is to train his exam staff.

Once again my care received from Dr. Dalal and his staff was outstanding. I received infusions of Retuximab every 6 months. Susan is the infusion nurse. She is always kind and compassionate. Her organizational skills are amazing!! As a retired RN I am in awe of Susan's skill knowledge and care. Nancy is always so kind and gracious. Dr Dalal aways checks in during the infusion to see how I'm doing. I cannot recommend highly enough the outstanding practice this is.

Wow. Really great Doctor. Really takes the time to get to know you. Thorough physical exam. Dives right into your problem. Ended up having a joint tab and cortisone injection. Painless. Nearly passed out and the staff was great and really supportive. Just hope I don’t have to get to know them any better.

This is a wonderful practice. All the staff and practitioners are kind and helpful. The only reason I didn’t give a five star review is that the PA seemed to have mixed me up with someone else (based on a question he asked following up on a symptom I’ve never had), and I’ve never had a practitioner not do a physical exam of my nose, which is a pretty big thing to miss in the case of my illness.

Dr Dalal is always very helpful in getting help with my medications. I would recommend him to anyone who needs a knowledgeable and helpful doctor. Staff is very helpful and friendly also.

I actually had a great time at the appointment, which sounds a little funny to say about a doctor visit I guess, but it's true.
